| Abstract: | The goal for this paper is to analyse the application of make do methods for capturing tangible user experience during intensive innovation sessions. The use of make do methods in design practice supports applying them to the participatory innovation sessions. The research and methods in visual psychology and sociology can inform stimulus and tasks for the make do methods. As practical applications two company cases from lock and building industries are described. |
