In the wake of increasing legal and illegal immigration, coupled with the resultant high population density, a cultural change is inevitable in the city. Currently, Dubai is populated with an assortment of people with different cultures, values and languages. DPF has to counter these forces by evolving and adopting quality policing towards offering better services to the public. | ||||
