A leadership vacuum is developing in schools as well as most other organizations. Research on leadership by John Kotter from Harvard tells us that most organizations are over-managed and under-led. You will use your own context and experiences to understand the differences between leadership and management. In this presentation Bill will introduce you to a set of ten thinking processes that are currently being used by schools; businesses and athletic teams across five countries to create and sustain a culture of leadership where everyone in the organization chooses to lead.
